The gallery is open to full and part-time Undergraduate students at Concordia University. We encourage submissions from artists of varying degrees of experience. We accept all mediums.

Artist Statement: 100 words max

Documentation: 3 - 10 images for individual applicants, (jpg format, approximately 8 x 10 at 72 ppi). For video and audio works please include samples or complete pieces.

Image List: with dimensions or the work (preferably in imperial units)

Please enclose the above, in an envelope and label it with VAV Winter Submission, Your Name, Your Student ID # and leave it under our office door (VA 037).
